Shipping + Returns
All of our online orders are shipped from our location via USPS Priority Mail 1-2 business days after an order is placed. After leaving our hands, Priority Mail is typically delivered within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.
It is our top priority that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We thoroughly inspect every candle before it leaves our hands. Due to the temporary nature of a candle, we are unable to accept returns or issue a refund after it has been lit. That being said, if your candle arrives damaged, we will gladly supply you with a brand new one. Just send us an email with a picture of the damaged item as well as a copy of the email confirmation that you received when your item was shipped. The last thing we want is for you to go candless.

For all orders shipped within the state of Idaho, a 6% sales tax does apply.
